At Dukanty, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dukanty account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
